  1. No definition of "appropriation"! A lot of descriptions, without focus on the linguistic value of the word. Appropriate, the verb, is defined as to take or make use of without authority or right. "Authority" is the crux of it. The applicable legal standard is "damages". If you appropriate my car, I am damaged; if you appropriate my haircut what "damage" can I point to! This crap wouldn't fly in a court of law, so they push in the streets, hoping to gain social traction.
