If we allow 7% of people scoring above 115, that leaves 25% of the population MENTALLY RETARDED! So, one out of four people is a dangerously unpredictable idiot! That's a lot of squeaky wheels getting greased!...With the typical election turnout at around %50, what if ALL of them turn out?!!
