  2. It's not possible to deal directly with "racism", since it only exists in people minds. And, need I say, it is not possible to KNOW what is in someone's mind that may or may not have provided motivation. That's why the legal, social focus that works is upon "discrimination", since a given instance of discrimination has an objective reality that can be dealt with legally and socially. But my motivations can only be a matter of surmise to you.
