  1. She's so full of it! City charters are boilerplate. There is recourse in place for "failure to perform" complaints resolution! What do the trustees have to say about their apparent failure to perform their sworn duties?! What's up with these two dozen court cases she's won? Why so many? What kind of cases? If the trustee writes a check to pay a bill, but his secretary has been instructed by Tiffany to "lose" the check, wouldn't it appear that the trustee failed to perform? The AG is not behaving professionally in his dealings with the village. The second letter should have been sent certified mail. If a third was necessary, it should have been by government courier, with the message that the next visit would be by armed police. But the AG is pussyfooting around with that Tiffany!
