How do you confirm a candidate that disagrees with the Constitution! Government by experts is technocracy. Expertise engenders intellectual distortion in the imbalance that comes from excessive focus on a narrow range of knowledge. This wisdom is embodied in the saying, "To the man with a hammer everything looks like a nail."
