"You can't be racist against whites because whites haven't experienced racism in history" is an illogical statement, in this case, a non sequitur (i.e. "it doesn't follow"). She's actually saying racism directed against whites isn't racism from the point of view of the whites because the whites can't identify racism due to their race-wide unfamiliarity with it. It's the same idea as you have to be a biologist in order to define "woman". The thing is, biologists have defined what a woman is, in writing, long ago, for the edification of everyone, if anyone should care to inform themselves. So, too, has "racism" been explicated, and the whites who can read can inform themselves about racism. The lady went a long way to excuse her own racism! "Eh, they won't feel a thing..."
