  1. "They're not welcome, anymore, anywhere." Without the "anymore, anywhere", it's just a nasty statement; with it, it's a call to violence. "Push" is overtly physical. "Oh, I meant it metaphorically..." doesn't work; it's a bridge too far. It's the same as "Burn it down!" When figurative speech is indistinguishable from a call to violence, it's not figurative speech. The "art of the politician", if there could be said to be one, is "diplomacy", which is saying nasty stuff in a way that sounds nice. Our current class of politicians is...ARTLESS!
