  1. Yes, it is the school's responsibility! It was obviously some kind of bullying situation, ala jocks vs nerds. This situation developed AT school, making it the school's responsibility. For some reason the school protects the imaginary rights of children to be thugs! I'm sure it's the easiest and cheapest course for the school to take. Didn't the school say they'd been "working on the problem"?! Maybe the school would benefit from experiencing the true cost of inaction via law suit...who knows...
