  1. "All men are created equal..." doesn't explicitly include "women", eh? I'm sure SCOTUS had to decide that "men" in this context meant "human beings" in order to allow women to vote. But was that the Founders' intent? Probably not. At the time, women would not have been thought suitable for high politics, business, nor industry. They had another purpose, well-regarded in society, for which they were singularly suited!

  2. "Gender" is the psychological experience of biological sex. The word has little utility outside the situation of "gender dysphoria".
