  2. "Natural-born citizen" is a requirement for president, but what about the people in line to ascend to the presidency, should the president be unable? It seems reasonable to extend this requirement to the VP, Sec of State, and Speaker of the House, which would require ALL representatives to be natural-born citizens! Or, if the VP isn't so-qualified, do you skip past to the Sec of State? That sound like a protracted legal case!

  3. That's how "melting pot" is supposed to work: relegate your native culture to the background and wholeheartedly adopt the value system of the prevalent culture. WASP is the "pot" you "melt" into. Else there can be no "American identity". If everything is "American" then nothing is.

  5. The "citizenship test" is a sad stand-in for a lifetime of experiential education! It doesn't compare! "Civics" instruction in school is not what it used to be! I'd blame the commie teachers, their unions and administrations. The fault for their infiltration falls at the feet of white parents who, in a rush to prosperity, failed to care seriously for their children's education. They took too much for granted.
