  1. The customer receipt is only one side of the transaction! hahaha...The same information remains on-record with the receipt issuer. Duh. Otherwise, a receipt would have no value in the case of the citibike, and it would not be issued. The citibike command center...hehehe...should be able to search their records for the entire history of that particular bike on that particular day, for evidentiary purposes. You can't reason with these people--all you can do is tell 'em they're full of shit.
