"Forcing behavior" is a good definition of FASCISM! Do these people ever listen to themselves! Because of efficiency, corporations behave fascistically, as if it's "OK"! This is the front in the culture war. Fascism in the guise of capitalism. At one point, the speaker tries to explain why they have to "force behavior". The reason was, "there will be impact if they don't"! That's not just lame, it's deceptive--"impact" goes unclarified. It's basically code for whatever it is they want to happen. What's really disturbing is the speaker's boldness in assuming the right to coerce people against their will! Is this what has become of American business standards?!
