  1. I feel sorry for the people who voted "yes" to give a LAKE legal RIGHTS. The idea is an affront to the dignity of sovereign beings! I have to hope that the local people are watching and thinking, "We gotta get these people out of office--fast". The lake is a geographical feature and natural resource, not a legal entity. Congress people should be required to read at a minimum 12th grade level. The ability to read is integral to the ability to think.
