A guy was naked in a women's locker room. He was acquitted because he was too fat for his genitalia to be visible! What!?!?! The offense was NOT in the women seeing HIM! The offense to the women was in HIM seeing THEM! How this perspective was missed I would have to blame on the attorneys not making this crucial distinction clear! And because it's such an obvious distinction, I suspect collusion to promote injustice by the attorneys in their roles as "officers of the court".
