I'm left with the conviction that twitter is incompetent to follow its own rules, those rules being impossible to follow, as their formulation is too incompetent to allow consistent enforcement. Failing consistency, enforcement must appear arbitrary and whimsical, so, utterly disrepectable. "Woooords, Mr. Wordsworth..."
