  2. Information is the currency of conception. The prefixes mis- and dis- serve as banners tagging the information as somehow incorrect OR dangerous. The valuation of the information, itself, remains unaffected by opinions about its purpose or validity. The opinion that matters is that of the information consumer, who necessarily evaluates the information value in respect of his existing world view, adding to that conception, or modifying it.

  3. "Internet content" is something of a misnomer, since "the internet" is a euphemism for the connectability of individual computers in a network, the "internetwork". The internet as such doesn't exist in the real world; individual computers exist in the real world. That clarification should help...
