  1. I'm only four mins into the video and I'm hearing the third world can't get funding for hydrocarbon projects! Since I can't imagine how that would be possible in a straight-up capitalist environment don't I have to assume a conspiracy on the part of the financial system to prevent hydrocarbon projects?! Or is investment in the third world considered prohibitively risky?!
