  1. "Naming" IS "knowing"! The identification of perceptions constitutes the process of language development. It's also how awareness occupies itself, perpetually. It's the woof and waft of the inner world that is the context of awareness...and context creates meaning in identification. The "first" perceptual awareness is the birth experience--and it is formative; it provides the seed value for all further development: what is experienced can be known; and the known provides complexifying patterns of identification as it grows with accumulating experience.

  2. Music is a mathematically playful imitation of language whose semantic value is more emotional than intellectual. The "singer" especially experiences this dynamic.
