  2. Nobody missed her enough to report her missing? Do you expect me to believe that?! What is the rationale for the government to place her with her abusive mother that the same government previously removed her from, placing her with her grandmother? Then the government agency that did that did not keep track of the case; they didn't check up on the girl, and probably didn't report her missing in order to stay out of trouble.
