What about the people who won't register their vehicles?! Another special police force?! The solution set is an empty set...

  3. With no executive enforcement system, the legislature is irrelevant: they can pass all the laws they want to--no one needs to abide by them, so, fire the lot of 'em! There can serve no function, without the complementary element in the executive. Why pay 'em?! hahaha...late stage STUPID-19? hahaha...
