  2. EXACTLY what did they pass?! They couldn't have passed anything that would revoke a president's power to declare an emergency--could they? We're never told anything about what's actually IN a bill/law, I mean, the wording; all we get is some reporter's offhanded opinionated "summary". They'd do better to fill the air time will detailed information than their pointless opinions.
