  1. But, apparently, it's not illegal to violate WH policy. I wouldn't expect Trump to be aware of everything--that's why he hires people for these various WH positions, to take care of the fine details. Though, in this case, you'd think Trump would be aware. In fact, I think he actually initiated the firing, using Kelly as hatchet man. It all sounds good to me.
