@mplsfarmer <--Dictionaries, as catalogs of popular word usage, change regularly, to include or exclude words. The distinction I see as important revolves around the difference between "alien" and "a lien". A "lien" is a "claim", which is very different from an alien (i.e. foreigner). So, something which is not "alienable" would be something which is not subject to claim in lieu of debt. I see great difference in the meaning and use of these terms. "Unalienable", accent third syllable; "inalienable", accent second syllable. The words SOUND differently...
