  1. What a mess!! These guys don't even know their own rules!! Unless these points of order are only made to disrupt proceedings. Imagine that! Nadler's function is...? Why don't they know when a parliamentary inquiring is appropriate?? If they really don't know, they're incompetent; if they do know but simply disobey, their efforts are maliciously disruptive. I don't see another alternative.
