  1. Illegal arrest, eh? Oh, well, no harm no foul, I guess! You can't sue because you weren't "damaged"...significantly enough, right? Because my "rights" have no monetary VALUE to the court. I think otherwise, that my rights are most precious and should be maximally valuable to the courts. The court should turn over to ME ALL this arresting officer's property as partial compensation for the damage done to my personage!! It's my impression that false arrest goes entirely unpunished, at least in a meaningful way! Violating someone's rights should be a heinous crime, punishable by more than a tongue-lashing!
