  1. Seems it's like Ngo said, they want to get inside people's relatively more secure spaces to spy on them, to see if they're doing something in some way wrong. And then presumably to act against them. Tyranny is full of emotional decisions. If Elon was really knowingly behind this, I'm disappointed.
