Tim's free speech "relativism" is philosophically insupportable--he envisages an implementation of a "righteous" censorship, where someone like him gets to decide the instances when conveyance of information shall be censored. He appears to have adopted the woke's blurring of the line between "expression" and "action" in the social and legal spheres.
