  1. The defense proves it...by making a deepfake of the plaintiff confessing the crime. The judge would have to...what? Dismiss?! It's a temporary transition situation which will eventually culminate in disallowance of uncertified audio/video recordings. "Certification" will be the battleground. Meanwhile, it's back to good old fashioned police work, and juries that "understand".
