  1. So, I think I'm at risk of death, authorities disagree and fine me, right?!! People were TOLD, not ASKED, to not call 911! So, what's the penalty! Your mother thought she was gonna die because of hangnail! The authorities will sue for compensation for "unnecessary" 911 service. Bet on it.
