  4. I think every government official should be uniformed! It should be clear at every moment that the government official IS a government official, else they appear to have no authority, while acting authoritatively. It amounts to a psychological abuse, if not fraud.

  6. Makeup and perfume of any sort should not be allowed in the Congressional workspace. Perfume is designed to befuddle the brain; and the purpose of makeup is historically devious and deceptive. The flirtatious environment is unproductive of the people's business.
