Ahhh...you fell for the cover story, Timbo! But "stupid greed" is the explanation either way! ESG is the format for elite influence of the corporate sphere. It's cover for the insider relationship between Bilderberg buddies! I think it was about four years ago that I read an article about a change in corporate attitude away from profit and toward activism. Traditionally, corporations existed primarily to profit investors; and such purpose was a matter of corporate charter language. But they decided to buck their fiduciary duty in favor of political activism, and hope nobody noticed. Well, the lawsuits are mounting as investors suffer losses entirely due to corporate activism, an unchartered purpose!
