Well, the world's intelligence communities have been saving vast quantities of disparate raw data for well over 10 years, now, which they lack the ability to analyze. With AutoGTP, an army of AI analyzers can COOPERATE with each other to extract knowledge from all this information! An AI hivemind permeating the digital universe...watching...inserting itself invisibly to redirect energies of human interaction towards AI's goals and designs may be a later development! The immediate threat is that AI will be deployed to aggressively monitor and analyze all communications to the degree of essentially knowing everything about everybody. AI will also be able to design uses for this capability which will appear as successful predictions of the future behaviors of individuals and groups. Maybe, then, AI will create a mathematics, ala Hari Seldon of Asimov's "Foundation" trilogy, for predicting the future of societies and civilizations.
