Remote voting in congress would be unconstitutional; and a bad idea. 500 billion in loans does not represent a "give-away"; loans are repaid. 300 billion in cash handouts to individuals; hospitals, airlines for another 200 billion, or so. Hmm...that leaves a cool TRILLION not accounted for, eh? Why not lay it all out, if you're going to the trouble to lay out half of it! Jeez...reporters who can't report...
