  1. "Someone was caused anxiety based on a social media post..."! Huh? What is the evidence said "anxiety" existed! There is none, because anxiety is not objectively real, it can't be directly measured, only inferred. Further, "anxiety" must cause discernible damage to be legally actionable--the law doesn't do imaginary very well. Since the anxiety can't be demonstrated to actually exist, there's no rationale for "damages".
