  4. Identity politics is actually identification politics, which seems somehow more accurate a term to me, less redundant. The politics of identity is what's going on inside the heads of the progressive activists; the politics of identification is what an observer sees watching their behavior.

  5. This is the third blurb I've seen on this story, and not one has said simply what the cause of death was! Instead, we get the glorified rendition of law enforcement's efforts to find the miscreant! Yeah, cruder propaganda than I'm used to...but, hey, IQs are dropping...
