  1. Is it surprising that no one has made a logical case for diversity being a source of "strength"?! If I missed it, please show me, as I am very interested. I've thought long and hard to find a source of "strength in diversity". Logically, diversity cannot work in a low IQ environment, because diversity DIRECTLY generates friction/conflict, and it requires considerable intelligence to forgo escalation of such conflict. Does there exist a logical argument in favor of "diversity"?! I don't see how...
