  1. The suggestion that Harris should have been busy with her "current" policies for the past three years does resounds only very weakly with me. VPs are Constitutionally toothless! It's not really fair to berate a VP for not doing something when a VP has no power to do anything except break a tie in the Senate. It is fair, though, to expect the VP to pick up where the president left off. There's no reason to believe Harris's policies would differ from Biden's.
