  1. Tucker is an opinion show--nothing he says matters, since he doesn't have the political power to implement his opinion in law. "Influence by reputation" is not actionable. No different that the CNN opinions shows spouting nonsense for entertainment value. Kinda like THIS channel, too. hehehe
