  1. The company that makes the earrings would "neither confirm nor deny" Kamala was wearing one of theirs. It doesn't mean very much that they didn't match the appearance of the company's standard offering, since customization is a standard upscale option. Personally, I don't see what she had to gain, how it would have helped her. But that's a different subject...
