  1. Regulating and controlling AI will require draconian measures involving surveillance...of everyone. Because, even if a single AI gets loose it could be the end of everything--or so the boogeyman story goes. So if we care about our fellow human beings and our civilization we must...SUBMIT! Otherwise, we're obviously a danger to everyone and must be institutionalized, at least!
