  2. It shouldn't be "50/50"; it should be "proportional"--same number of syllables but the more correct meaning. If I make twice what she makes, I pay 2/3 and she pays 1/3 of every bill, for example. That's fair. And you can't really argue with "fair".

  3. I don't think most men resonate with the idea of "love" that is not lust. What touches a man's heart is his "admiration" of the accomplishments of others. And there's not a woman born who can understand that! The "loving" husband admires his wife's accomplishments in homemaking, and that feeling endears her to him, and him to her--that's the nature of the "bond"...
