  1. I just read your comment, it is so fascinating!! I've come across several personal anecdotes regarding Gable, and in every one he seemed to be a very courageous gentleman. He never seemed to "act like a star" when he was interacting with the public, but still had tremendous charisma. Thank you for sharing this wonderful memory!
