Being unable to refuse someone ANYTHING is exploitation. If your job is on the line or you feel pressured to "Just deal with it" because they "do it to everyone", you are being told that if you don't play along you're gone. I was sexually harrassed at every job I had, and never once cared whether they were good looking or not! Harassment means they are BOTHERING YOU!!! If someone is bugging you, you should be able to make sure they stop. If you get fired for doing so, then obviously it's ok that they do it. I worked for multinational companies where girls were raped, given drugs at parties, used and passed around and then joked about. It happened all the time.
