  1. This is REALLY good!! I love these accounts, and it fits with a book I'm reading called, "Resilience: the science of mastering life's greatest challenges" by Dr. Stephen Southwick and Dr. Dennis Charney. They have both done pioneering work on the psychological and neurobiological effects of extreme psychological trauma, working not just children and civilians, but active duty special forces soldiers and Navy Seals. I bought the book to deal with some what I considered traumatic events that occurred one after the other in a short space of time that left me unable to be my usual self, and I was crushed with embarrassment at how pathetic my life problems actually are ( I have not been spending time being tortured in a prisoner of war detention block or blown up during a terrorist attack in Isreal), but I would highly recommend this book to everyone. Its gives the most powerful applicable advice to dealing with ANYTHING, advice that you can immediately put into practice, that is backed by tons of data and research. Even if just social distancing is making you crazy, there is a wealth of information here that will help... Look for it on Amazon.
