Menlo park in California had a psychic ability testing facility in the 60s that my aunt was tested at. Supposedly, she was insanely psychic, as was my mom and all her family. She taught me how to "read" people, which was mostly being hyper aware of facial expressions and instincts....she would practice sending me pictures all the time. I used to foolishly use it as a bar trick in my 20s (my only talent, unfortunately!). I could really freak people out just by telling them what they wanted to be in life, secretly, but honestly, people tell you everything about themselves by the way they dress and carry themselves. I don't know how much is real psychic ability or just practice.

@_barncat Um, no. I was born and raised more of a wiccan than anything else. My mom was half native American... I don't get what kind of insult you're trying to pin on me, but my friends and husband would say that "conventional" would last describe me. I spent 15 years as an artist model and painter.
