  1. Try not to worry, the odds are much higher that you'll win the lottery. It is only recently that science has learned about the super volcano, and there is much information still unknown. It may not explode for a million years. There have been thousands of big quakes and changing geysers in the last 300 years and only now are people afraid that each one is the end. Read the book, "Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers". It explains a lot, psychologically, about how too much information can make you a wreck. I grew up in the San Francisco bay area and all I heard was "the BIG ONE"!! I was nervous my entire childhood, thinking we were going to die. Every single week there would be an article about how the quake was overdue, any second, blah blah blah. That was over 30 years ago. All that worry was a complete waste! I did get cancer, and could have died, but I didn't die from that either. Trust me, live and enjoy every moment, every single day, it's a gift to be in love, have friends, children, animals. Be happy.

  4.  @Cocakula00  It should be on Amazon, it's pretty old, but I think it will still chill the crap out of anyone. As I remember, Vietnam vets come back to the states with a multitude of serious mental problems, but there is more to it. A vet whose child died and his wife left him is living with a girlfriend in New York and starts experiencing terrifying hallucinations. He begins to track down his war buddies to see if they are freaking out too. The truth is unbelievable, with a twist at the end. It gave me nightmares for years, but it's not a slasher film or anything. See if it's on utube.
