  1. I loved the movie, "Kung Fu Hustle" because it crammed in every homage to American cinema possible while still celebrating the Asian world. I just thought it was fun! I loved Juno and a million ways to die in the west, but also requiem for a dream and grave of the fireflies. I just like different films from all eras. There is a great Lillian Gish silent film out there too, " Broken Blossoms" which really explored all kinds of love, natural and unnatural, and showed us the life could be cruel and short, yet beautiful. It's worth watching to see that even back in the early days, people were exploring "forbidden topics" ....
