My husband and I worked for a recording studio in LA in the early 90s, and Prince did some work there, he was an unbelievable worker, wearing out engineers like crazy. He just worked and worked and worked! He dressed like he was on stage, with very high heeled boots always, and had a "persona" he used to keep strangers at a distance. He was an incredible song writer, just Brilliant! That combined with his work ethic just blew everyone else away at that time.

@ebarteldes WHAT confrontation? I must have heard about it but don't remember what it was about. What a couple of artists, Sid and Freddie. Wish they got together to do a record!!
