@jamesmatthew1903 That's your opinion. I have a different one. You seem so angry towards people who dont agree with you. I don't have a degree, I just read a lot and looked at a lot of art and made up my own mind about what I thought about it. If you disagree, that's ok, it just isn't necessary to put people down if they think differently than you.

I remember reading how insulted people were by picasso experimenting in cubism...they claimed he didn't know how to draw a figure, that "anyone" could do it. Picasso was classically trained and was taking everything he learned to break it down into new forms and look at nature in a different way. I'm explaining this to you because "anyone" can't make a Pollack, there is something different about his work, that maybe you cannot see, but it is still there. At the turn of the 20th century, there were riots in Paris when the expressionists showed and when the Fauvist came out. People always get angry when threatened by new ideas.
