@Surplus History It's obvious you have never been anywhere near a college student, or a college. You're just mindlessly parroting the lines fed to you...don't you have a brain of your own?

@nerfninja661 You still live in a country where protesting peacefully and free speech is still allowed. You might hate them, but people still have the right to choose their own beliefs, and I'm sure your opinions sound as "braindead" to them as theirs do to you. It is human nature to belittle anyone who doesn't think the way we do. It excuses the terrible way we treat others who are different, if we can devalue them enough to reassure ourselves that their pain or death isn't important (because they aren't special like we are!), then we feel free to be as violent and vicious as possible. Just remember that you are going to be in the minority eventually, and your hatred and contempt will be branded on the memories of everyone who has ever known you.

@mojondro Communism is the latest derogatory label people are throwing at anyone who doesn't agree with them. The people who use it have no idea what they are saying, they just parrot any conspiracy...

So now you want to kill everyone who doesn't think like you? You must want to be on the FBI's watch list pretty bad...

I'm pretty old and have never met a single person in my travels all over the USA that thought communism was a good idea. This is just a label that you are applying to anyone who thinks differently than you do. McCarthy used people just like you to demonize hundreds of people who were never communists, but were accused and punished for it anyway. I really don't want to see that happen again. Dont be a mindless tool.

@dakotaj4150 I had to find what I wrote, dont see the contradictions and never like my comments because I dont care if people like them or not. I think you had a problem understanding my point, which was hatred becomes a perpetual energy that is unproductive, destructive and, in the end, pointless.

@darthsawlex8257 I understand where you are coming from...I think I've gotten sensitized to cries of "liberal!" and, "communist!" used in the same sentence, when it's not often the case. I'm an independent, I don't like political parties much, they always seem turn into self interested mobs led by extremists, in my opinion. I hope people will make choices that benefit the many over the few and the privileged, but more than that, I hope that our leaders will one day work together instead of just for themselves, but I have never seen it happen yet, and I was born when Kennedy was president.

@klown463 I'm so happy that I do not believe in "isms", it all sounds so stupid. How can groups define themselves in such narrow parameters?
